L’association Volontaires Européens Sud organise un séminaire-rencontre :

Culture pour inclure. A la recherche d'actions culturelles novatrices pour l'inclusion sociale.


Dates: 13-16 mai 2010
Lieu: MARSEILLE

Objectifs

- réunir des volontaires particulièrement engagés dans une démarche active sociale, culturelle ou socioculturelle, dans le cadre de l’Année européenne de lutte contre la pauvreté et l'exclusion sociale
- confronter et valoriser leurs expériences et envisager des possibilités de poursuite des dynamiques liées à leurs projets.

Résumé

Dans le cadre de ce séminaire seront abordées :

1/ les expériences et les projets des participants en matière d’action socioculturelle

2/ la question des méthodes et approches pratiquées ou envisagées par les participants et leurs structures (structures dans lesquelles ils ont réalisé leur volontariat ou dans lesquelles ils sont impliquées en tant que salariés ou bénévoles) pour favoriser l’inclusion sociale à travers l’action culturelle

3/ les différentes actions du PEJA comme outil possible pour la mise en place des projets des participants (dans une logique de pérennisation de l’engagement des anciens volontaires à des actions d’intérêt général)

4/ des cas pratiques liés à la réalité du terrain local à travers la présentation des initiatives locales novatrices et des visites des structures de proximité, actives dans la thématique étudiée

Participants

Anciens volontaires SVE qui ont réalisé un projet social, culturel ou socioculturel ou qui ont un intérêt, une pratique, un investissement, même bénévole, dans une démarche socioculturelle.

Frais de participation

La participation au séminaire et le transport sont entièrement pris en charge par l'association VES

(remboursement de frais de transport soumis Ă  certaines conditions).

Une cotisation de 15€ sera demandée à chaque participant au moment d'inscription.

we went to Assateague Island 1 year ago to watch the pony penning day and see them swim across the channel. the day before the ponies are drugged so they are checked out by a vet so they know which ones are strong enough and in good shape to be adopted. they had signs everywhere that they are still wild and not to touch them but people were still going right up to them touching stroking some even got on them. { does stupidity in people still cwna shock you it does me} plus they have a bridge you can drive over i think that is such a shame no one should be allowed over there except the people who care for them and when they bring them over.

When I was a kid Roxette were the most popular band in the world (at least for me). In the early 90's, when they were riding high on a commercial success of their thrid studio LP "Joyride", I started discovering Roxette's past albums and "Look Sharp!" was the one that caught my attention right after the first listen. I had bought it cheaply on the cassette and soon it became one of the most-played albums in my collection (along with Paula Abdul's "Spellbound" and Madonna's "True Blue"). After twenty-plus years I'm still convinced, that "Look Sharp!" ranks among the finest straight Pop albums of the 80's. Song after song what we experience are great hooks, memorable melodies, easy to sing along lyrics and poppy arrangements. Of course for music purists Roxette and their output might be considered of low quality, because they don't sing about social problems, nor they perform sophisticated, elitist, alternative like music. But judgeing Pop music by these standards is not what it should look like. Pop music is about melody and catchiness and these two ingredients are perfectly incorporated into Roxette's music. Sugary? Commercial? Sure it is, but who can resist irresistible melodies of "Listen To Your Heart", "The Look" or harmonica solo on "Dangerous"? I can't, that's why I still listen to "Look Sharp!".
