The association VE France and the NEVA network (Network of European Volunteer Associations) organize this summer a training on environnement and european mobility.


The purpose of this seminar is to develop the awareness of the participants on environmental issues and share experiences and knowledge on european and international mobility.It will take place in a really nice stone village located in Ardeche between the 24th and the 30th of August 2008 and we will be hosted in a pilot farm called « le viel Audon » (South East of France). We will work in collaboration with different local partners for the environmental activities and lead the ones related with mobility and professional inclusion.

Around 30 ex EVS from 12 countries will participate in this seminar and also 10 french youngters interested on environmental issues, volunteerism and mobility.

Practical activities about water issues, environment friendly agriculture and many other matters will be set (all suggestions from the participants are more than welcome !) and we would like to involve the local population as much as possible in these activities.

Information sessions on European mobility opportunities and volunteerism will be scheduled and some wokshops on environmental project management will be included in the programme in order to help the participants to develop their own project(s) in this field.

70% of the expenses for the travel will be taken in charge and 100% of the costs for the accomodation (under tents), food and leisure activities.
